The problem

An absence of awareness of the organisational and personal risks related to bullying and harassment partnered with an organisation desire to educate managers on how to spot and address situations which may be accurately categorised as bullying or harassing in nature.

The solution

An engaging, thought provoking one day training programme which brought the subject of Bullying and Harassment Awareness to life. Challenging team exercises based on actual case studies were reinforced with group discussion and practical tips on how to proactively apply personal and collective learning back in the workplace.
