Following an exploratory discussion with the client Managing Director and Senior Leader, Scott Watson developed an intensive, flexible and accountable leadership coaching programme which would incisively tackle the root cause of the issue. Armed with new awareness not just of Emotional Intelligence competency imbalances, but also of ‘Trigger points’ and practical self management skills and communication tools, the coaching client achieved a remarkable improvement in how they communicated, collaborated and managed themselves, especially during emotionally charged discussions at the Board level.
