The solution
Following in-depth interviews with members of the senior leadership team Scott Watson designed and facilitated an immersive two-day leadership development programme focusing on delivering greater commercial value through enhanced individual and collective Emotional Intelligence.
Challenging team tasks drew to the surface a collective realisation of the benefits and pitfalls of current preferred ways of communicating and operating, and served as a catalyst for exploring and agreeing new, more efficient, more collaborative, more commercially beneficial ways of operating as a senior leadership team.
