An excessive focus on ‘Getting the job done’ weighed heavily on employee engagement and motivation.
An absence of clarity of standards, boundaries and personal ownership resulted in quality and efficiency suffering.
The solution
One to One Coaching for Divisional Managing Directors and Senior Leaders to create greater awareness of how technical expertise needs to be partnered with Emotional Intelligence skills to enable self and teams to perform optimally.
With a clear focus on creating greater commercial value for the company, the EQ-i 2.0 psychometric assessment was used to underpin the Executive Coaching and Leadership Coaching programmes.
Coaching was facilitated over a 12 week period for Senior Leaders and over a 24 week period for Divisional Managing Directors.
